Desire', a recognized leader in her field, brings a wealth of expertise to assist organizations in thriving through inclusive practices and effective team synergy. Her consultancy practice draws from an innovative background spanning both the non-profit and corporate sectors. Additionally, her scholarly perspective, gained from her PhD research in organizational behavior, informs her work.
Desire' actively engages with staff to reinforce organizational goals, vision, and values. She collaborates with organizations to drive positive transformation and enhance overall effectiveness. Before transitioning to the non-profit industry, Desire' served as a Consultant at Mary Kay Cosmetics, where she led her team to achieve a Career Car.
Currently pursing her doctoral studies at Adler University, Desire' plans to conduct research to expand optimizing human capital in this technological revolution. She holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Purdue University Global, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from East Central Community College.
